SigmaStrat receives accreditation from Kenyan Government

SigmaStrat has been accredited by NITA (Kenya) as a training provider toward organisational performance improvement in Kenya.
Our accreditation speaks to the quality of the organization, its instructors and the training programs it offers. This accreditation ensures that the training programs offered by the provider are consistent with the standards established by the industry and that the organization is competent in its ability to deliver those programs. The mandate of the NITA is to promote the highest standards in the quality and efficiency of industrial training in Kenya and ensure an adequate supply of properly trained manpower at all levels in industry.

By training with SigmaStrat, employers registered under NITA may be entitled to reimbursement from NITA of all or parts of employee training costs associated with the following in accordance with reimbursement rates detailed in approval letter by NITA:

i.          Tuition and course fees charged by the approved training institutions,

ii.          A return economy air fare,

iii.          Accommodation and meals expenses,

iv.          Cost of books and materials prescribed by the training institution.
