Premier Sotheby's International Realty Announces Executive Team Promotions and New Hire

NAPLES, Fla. - Sept. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Judy Green, President and CEO of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty (http://www.premiersothebysrealty.com/), is pleased to announce the promotions of Lena White to Chief Operating Officer, Kristin Cartwright to Vice President of Developer Services, and the hire of Nicola Lutgert as Vice President of Marketing.

Lena White is a real estate veteran with more than 20 years of industry experience. As chief operating officer of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, White is responsible for the daily operations of the company which is currently ranked number 31 among the 500 Largest Brokers in the U.S., according to the annual Real Trends 500 survey of the top U.S. residential sellers. Most recently, White served as the company’s vice president of marketing, overseeing all brand initiatives, promotions and advertising, communications and sales efforts, and strategic planning for new development projects.

Nicola Lutgert joins the company as vice president of marketing. Previously the director of marketing for luxury home builder, London Bay Homes, Nicola played an integral role in the company’s business plan and market area expansion, employee growth strategy, media relations, and managed nearly $3 million in marketing efforts for the builder and its affiliate companies and developments. Nicola was recently named a Gulfshore Life “40 Under 40” recipient.

Kristin Cartwright, who most recently was director of marketing, developer services of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, will also expand her role as vice president of developer services. Cartwright has been with The Lutgert Companies for over 10 years and managed the marketing for three of the company’s most notable real estate projects: The High-Rises at Bonita Bay, Estuary at Grey Oaks and the Residences at Mercato. She also directed the marketing for The Village on Venetian Bay.
