MINNEAPOLIS & WAYZATA, Minn. - Sept. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- The Sarenpa Team, the 3rd ranked Lake Minnetonka Real Estate Team by volume affiliated with Keller Williams Premier Realty, has appointed Bahador “Ben” Zaker of Plymouth, MN as Listing Specialist for the Wayzata Headquarters of their growing real estate empire.

Ben joins The Sarenpa Team with over 3 years of experience as an active real estate investor, and over a decade of success in the Insurance Industry.

Through his consultative approach, he built a large book of business and enjoyed a 97% retention rate placing him in the top 5% of all insurance agents.
