Free Mother and Baby Yoga Class in Chester, NJ

BEDMINSTER, N.J. - Sept. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- The School of Royal Yoga Inc. announces that they will be offering a Special Free Mother and Baby Yoga Class for the community on Friday, October 2nd at 10:15 AM.

This class is a beautiful time for mothers with babies six weeks until crawling to relax and bond together.   It is also wonderful to be with other new mothers during this special time and the babies love to be with each other!

Some of the other aspects of this class are gentle stretching for you and your child, yoga poses together and alone, correct breathing for mothers, gentle massage techniques to stimulate sooth and calm you and your child.
