PRLog -- From now through September 30th, 2015 Salvatore’s, the upscale casual Italian restaurant, is partnering with the Merrimack Valley Food Bank to host a food drive in honor of September being Hunger Action Month. Always a huge supporter of the neighborhood, Salvatore’s will offer guests $10 off their meal if they bring in a box of cereal, and/or a free kids meal if they bring in a jar of peanut butter to its Lawrence or Andover locations. The Merrimack Valley Food Bank, Inc. (MVFB) has been transporting, storing and distributing food to disadvantaged members of the community since 1991. The MVFB is suffering a shortage of these two items and every donation will help them serve approximately 65,000-70,000 individuals this month.
