Follow on Google News | INACSL Announces Creation of the Hayden Vanguard LectureshipBy: INACSL Funded by CAE Healthcare, the Hayden Vanguard Lectureship honors the work of Jennifer Hayden, who completed one of the largest and most meaningful nursing education studies ever devised – the National Council of State Boards of Nursing: National Simulation Study (https://www.ncsbn.org/ The lectureship will be awarded annually to an INACSL member who has contributed to the discipline and moved simulation forward in a meaningful way through research, program, evaluation, or similar scholarly product. Starting in 2016 the recipient will present a one-hour plenary address about his/her innovation or research during the endnote session at the INACSL Conference held each June. “INACSL is pleased to honor Jennifer’s legacy in such a meaningful way and to recognize continued innovation that will carry simulation into the future as the discipline grows and changes,” said INACSL President Teresa Gore, PhD, DNP, FNP-BC, NP-C, CHSE-A.
