Aerotropolis Projections in Huron Township, MI

HURON TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Sept. 21, 2015 - PRLog -- Wayne County is moving toward a promising multimillion-dollar deal with a Colorado company to develop land in an area of the long awaited aerotropolis project. The property is located in a new Local Development Finance Authority 2 district which is also governed by the LDFA board of Huron Township.

Wayne County commissioners will weigh the sale of up to 16 parcels of county land in Huron Township south of Detroit Metro Airport to Pauls Real Estate Investments of Denver. The commission’s Economic Development Committee voted 6-1  to move the deal forward to the full commission.
