NORRISTOWN, Pa. - Sept. 21, 2015 - PRLog -- WEBTEXT announced today it will be demonstrating MMS + SMS messaging in Cisco UCCX and UCCE contact center platforms at the 2015 Cisco Americas Customer Collaboration Sales Summit in New Orleans, LA  on Wednesday and Thursday, September 23 and 24.

WEBTEXT launched MMS for Cisco contact center and enterprise customers this summer in the US and Puerto Rico.  WEBTEXT expects to make MMS available in Canada in 4Q15.
