Businessman Andy's Late Mum Takes Pride of Place in New Chester Store

CHESTER, U.K. - Sept. 21, 2015 - PRLog -- Businessman Andy Chaloner is doubly delighted to be launching 'Paulene & Margaret' a brand new high-class greetings card business in Chester's popular Forum Shopping Centre.

For in addition to providing him with a busy outlet for the quality greetings cards, balloons and party goods on which his business is based, it gives him a unique reminder of his late mother Margaret Chaloner who passed away in 2004.

Now the devoted son and canny businessman has purchased  the trading name of the former Chester Market cake-making business that was launched and run for many years by his mum Margaret and her good friend Paulene.

"Yes it's a reminder of a dearly loved mum and a way of saying thank you to the lady who taught me everything I know about business today,"said Andy.

"As a schoolboy I was often able to help mum and Paulene with their market stall, doing odd jobs and even working on the till on a number of occasions," explained Andy speaking from his home in Wrexham.

"Mum and Paulene instilled in me the importance of keeping the customers happy by giving good service and value for money and that advice has served me well over many years in business.

"There is no doubt in my mind that a smile and a friendly approach are key to building a relationship of trust with the customers and I have my mum to thank for that approach. So when I started considering what to call my new business it dawned on me that mum would be delighted if I called it Paulene & Margaret."

As Paulene had continued to trade under the same name, Andy had discussions with the businesswoman who agreed to come to an arrangement to enable him to use it as the name of his new business.

"It's just wonderful to see mum's name over the front door when I come into work," added 47 years old Andy. "It always brings a smile to my face. In fact it also makes me feel very confident about the future of this new business."
