Be smart, repair with AR Motors

Majority of car owners are particularly careful when selecting the right body repair center for their car. Especially once the warranty runs out and a dealer repair might be too expensive or might take too long to be processed.

What shall you be looking for? First and foremost professionals should operate the body repair center. By talking to the service advisor, foreman or body shop manager it should become quickly transparent if experience and knowledge is present.

The facility itself and the equipment of the body shop should be modern or well maintained. A question about the time in business should answer possible concerns about the knowledge of the harsh environmental conditions we face in the UAE and the solutions at hand.

We asked Alex Renner, Managing Director of AR Motors, how does he go about new clients inquiring about his body repair center?

“We are receiving a lot of enquiries about our body shop. Our service advisors enjoyed training from body repair specialists on all possible repair options.

Our body shop foreman and his team have received training from paint and equipment manufacturers as well specialty repair companies. Important is to look at the repair and determine the right cause of action. We look at the method best suited for the job. For a smaller less severe repair we look at paint less dent removal, this, with the intention to hand the car over quickly to its owner and to be “easy” on his purse.  We are also highlighting on the importance of the protection of paint. Here in the UAE we have basically three main factors influencing the paint on our vehicle negatively; Increased UV rays, which are cracking the pigments in our paint, very find sand, which works like sanding paper and salty humidity which acts aggressive on a vehicles paint. We have worked together with paint experts from reputed multinational companies to design a paint protection scheme for all car brands.”

Are these trainings one off or ongoing?
