The two industrial buildings are conveniently located off Highway 85 (Business) and 26^th St just 2 blocks North of Highway 34. The buildings were constructed in 1957 and 1972 with extensive renovations completed in 2010.   Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. acquired the property to open a Sales office for Mack Trucks and to also sell parts for their customers in northern Colorado.  Matt Call and John Witt of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer, and Travis Ackerman represented the seller. This transaction successfully closed September 11, 2015.
