With over 26 years experience across a broad range of functions and settings within the healthcare industry, Ms. Romond’s vast experience includes operations management, marketing, and community outreach with hospitals and health plans.  As Vice President of Network Development, she will act as a key liaison among independent practice associations, physician groups, and many professional corporations and alliance companies associated with PIER Partner Network.

In addition to her role as industry liaison, Ms. Romond will cultivate and nurture relationships with current, and potential network members and their staff, as well as develop new business opportunities, expand services, and develop strategic initiatives to increase the number of network providers and services within the network alliance.  “Throughout my career, I have been successful in developing relationships with physicians and practitioner groups who now, more than ever, need a helping hand in this tumultuous healthcare environment within our service area.  My specialty lies in maintaining these relationships, while continuing to increase our reach to the provider community.”
