Southwest Fla.  (September 3, 2015) – GATES Construction is pleased to announce the addition of Sharon Sickels as Human Resources Manager.  Sickels is responsible for recruiting new staff, new staff orientation, managing the firm’s personnel records, and benefit administration, processing payroll, bank reconciliations and payroll tax filings.  She also oversees human resources policies, procedures, and Worker’s Compensation, and OSHA reporting.  Sickels has 27 years of human resources experience in New Jersey and Florida.
