NAMPA, Idaho - Sept. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Middleton, ID – Jeffrey Stoker knows the importance of having the peace of mind when searching for a solution that best fits the needs of you and your family. With a background in insurance and banking, he understands that – especially when you have to have something – you want quality and dependability at an affordable price. It’s that commitment to customer satisfaction that Stoker is excited to bring to his new business, Home Helpers & Direct Link of Canyon County.

Home Helpers is the nation’s leading franchise specializing in comprehensive home care for seniors, new mothers and individuals needing recuperative and continuing assistance. Direct Link is their proprietary line of 24/7 medical alert systems, including a fall sensor and an automated medication dispenser. Home Helpers and Direct Link of Canyon County serves the cities of Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, Star, and Emmett and the surrounding areas.

Stoker previously owned an All State Insurance Agency before joining Wells Fargo as a Store Manager, Merchant Service Consultant and, most recently, Payroll Specialist. He learned of Home Helpers while meeting Mike Jackson who owns Home Helpers of Boise.

“As I learned more and more about Home Helpers, I just fell in love with the business. I’ve been in customer service for more than 10 years and I love the idea of helping people by providing something they need,” Stoker said. “Opening my own Home Helpers franchise gives me the opportunity to make a difference in peoples’ lives by offering an important service.”

“In addition to great care, our clients can expect top-notch customer service. With my background, that’s something we’re going to be extremely focused on at Home Helpers,” he added.

After growing up in a family milk business in South Central Idaho, Stoker served a Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in South Carolina. He then moved to Boise to attend Boise State University. He met his wife of 11 years there and the two have four children. He’s looking forward to having his family involved in the company as the business grows.

Home Helpers and Direct Link offers free in-home consultations and works with each client to create a flexible, affordable care plan based on a person’s individual needs. Services offered include companionship, laundry, light housekeeping, respite care, meal preparation and transportation as well as medication reminders and care management. Each individual client receives services tailored to meet their specific needs by caregivers who become an extension of their family. Home Helpers’ full-range of home care services empower clients to live healthier and more rewarding lives in the privacy, safety, and comfort of their own homes.

“Home Helpers is a great option for seniors and people needing recuperative care because it allows many in need of care to stay safely and comfortably in their own homes. Our professional caregivers can help you live a better life,” Stoker said.
