Ingerman Announces the Grand Opening of Apartments at The Mill

BURLINGTON, N.J. - Sept. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- City of Burlington Mayor Dr. James A. Fazzone and members of the Common Council joined representatives from Ingerman on Thursday, September 17th for the Grand Opening of Apartments at The Mill, a new affordable housing community in Burlington, New Jersey.

Apartments at The Mill consists of five newly-constructed buildings and a loft style rehabilitated knitting mill to offer a total of 65 mutli-family residences along with a community center, on-site management and maintenance offices, and a resident services program tailored to meet the needs of those living within the community. This vibrant new community features spacious and energy-efficient one, two and three bedroom affordable rental residences for low to moderate income households. Situated in desirable Burlington County, the community is a short walk away from the downtown area of the City of Burlington and convenient to major highways and public transit.

Ingerman, a leading developer, manager and builder of multi-family apartment communities, partnered with New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA), the County of Burlington and the City of Burlington, to develop Apartments at The Mill in cooperation with the State of New Jersey’s green building program Green Future. In addition, Ingerman will dedicate to the City a portion of the land along Assiscunk Creek for a park and bike trail.
