Tyra Banks to Launch Cosmetic Line of Makeup, Creates Life Changing Opportunity Fall 2015

WASHINGTON - Sept. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Tryra Banks, the supermodel recently released a new line of cosmetics, TYRA Beauty, and while the products seem top-notch, it’s her business plan and language use that is turning heads and creating opportunities for all, nationwide.
“I don’t wake up with naturally sculpted cheekbones — I paint them on.” Banks admits in a video on her e-commerce site.

“I believe makeup is the great beauty equalizer. I feel that natural beauty is unfair. We tend to herald women who have this natural thing and we say, "If you don’t, you’re not as good." I just don’t think that’s fair. ” This mindset did not simply influence Banks’ outlook on makeup, she has also created a community element along with her company. "Beautytainers" are independent contractors that will sell the TYRA Beauty Cosmetic Makeup line. Just like the MaryKay ladies of yesteryear, Banks proclaims she will build a community of entrepreneurs and empower the individuals involved in the business to become the CEO of their own lives through what she calls CEOYou Selling, aka Be Your Own Boss, according to her e-commerce website, http://tyra.com/cosmetic.

Beautytainers, based off the words “Beauty" and "Entertainment,” which is where ”beauty and entertainment collide,” will sell products by throwing 'fierce' parties at their homes and online, and they’ll also be able to create customized websites to help with “rackin’ up them bank signs!”

The company is a 100 percent self-funded start-up that has been in the making for many years. “My dream is to create a legacy brand that gives everyone access to become an entrepreneur,” she says on the website.

Banks takes her new endeavor very seriously, and says it's been a brainchild for quite some time. "I actually went to school for this.
I wanted to create a business that’s self-funded, I want to create a legacy business. I don’t want to have business that’s based on celebrity and popularity. I want a business that is built on a true value system and a true mission and vision that can outlive me."
