For Groups Booking 10 or More Rooms, “The Coffee or Tea is on Us” at DoubleTree by Hilton Tarrytown

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. - Sept. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- The DoubleTree by Hilton Tarrytown has redefined the meaning of a coffee break, the taste of which will delight businesses and other groups that book 10 or more rooms for a meeting held between now and March 31.

By taking advantage of the special promotion which is being offered by participating Hilton Worldwide hotels, attendees will enjoy free coffee or tea during the first break of the day and for each day of the meeting. “The savings can add up to several hundreds of dollars, “ said Rich Friedman, General Manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton Tarrytown, adding:”The larger the number of guest rooms are booked and the lengthier number of meeting days, the greater the savings will be.”

In order to qualify, a minimum of 10 guests room on peak nights needs to be booked by November 15 and used by March 31, 2016. Free coffee and tea are limited to a 2-to-1 ratio of attendees. For example, a block of 50 rooms equals free coffee and tea up to 100 meeting attendees for each meeting day.

Optionally, if a group purchases either a group continental breakfast or full breakfast, it can receive a 20% discount off the breakfast price to cover the cost of the coffee offer. The complimentary coffee includes regular coffee, decaffeinated coffee and tea. Gratuity and service charges apply on the full retail price of the coffee and/or breakfast.

Coffee and tea will not be the only complimentary services that attendees taking advantage of this promotion will enjoy at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tarrytown. Also available are free high speed Wi-Fi in the guest rooms, an indoor pool with skylight, fitness center, steam room and sauna. Outdoor parking is also complimentary. For an additional cost, guests can be pampered for head to toe by taking advantage of a wide range of spa services at the Tatiana Day Spa.
