At the University of Colorado, Harrison averaged 17 points and 8.8 rebounds as a junior during the 2003-04 season. He finished his college career as Colorado’s all-time leading shot-blocker with 225 blocks. In 2004, Harrison was drafted 29th overall by the Indiana Pacers, where he averaged five points and three rebounds in four seasons. After his tenure with the Pacers, Harrison continued his career in China and the NBA’s developmental league (NBDL). He was also a member of the Dallas Mavericks’ summer league team in 2012. “I felt this was the best decision I could make for myself and my family.
