Gary Rome Hyundai Site Plan Review for New Dealership

HOLYOKE, Mass. - Sept. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- The hearing for site plan review for the new Gary Rome Hyundai Dealership at 150 Whiting Farms Road will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 6:00PM at the 4th Floor Conference Room, City Hall, HOLYOKE, MA . At this hearing Gary Rome, president of Gary Rome Auto Group, will present the building plans to the planning board for approval.

This hearing comes after previous unanimous approvals from city council for a zone change on May 19^th earlier this year and two special permits on June 24^th.

The project will provide 50 new full-time jobs, some part-time jobs, thousands of dollars a years in property tax revenue and an increase in employee payroll to more than $7 million from the current $4.6 million, Gary Rome has said. The time is now to support growth in Holyoke.
