Rabits & Romano Architecture Unveils Design for Excellence at Lady Lake

Sept. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- Lady Lake FL - (September 9, 2015)Rabits & Romano Architecture unveiled final design for the Excellence at Lady Lake assisted living facility. The 160-room, three-story project is a residential community with a resort feel.

Excellence at Lady Lake is a $25 million project at 39520 Gray’s Airport Road, Lady Lake, Florida. The facility will have 126 single units and 34 double units. Key design elements include:

·         Covered patio and pool area

·         Three large dining/banquet rooms

·         Assisted Living and Memory Care rooms

“Excellence at Lady Lake is one of the most stunning assisted living facilities we have ever designed,’’ said principle architect Bob Rabits. “The open site allowed us to design dramatic entryways, beautiful gardens, and interiors that provide all the comforts of home.’’

Construction is expected to begin before the end of the year and generate more than 100 jobs. Florida Engineer Group is the engineer. Rabits & Romano are overseeing construction management. There will be more than 90 permanent jobs at the facility. The new community is expected open in the fall of 2016.

Excellence at Lady Lake is the latest in a series of outstanding assisted living facilities developed by Excellence Assisted Living Facility. Rabits & Romano have worked on all Excellence projects - including the recent opening of the Excellence ALF on Semoran Boulevard in Orange County earlier this year.
