B&D Private Dining Gives LA Taste of Family Style

  “I was tired of cooking the same food for people,” Ting remarks, “Every menu B&D creates is personalized, and I love that.”  Chef Ting’s expertise formed in the dense food culture of Los Angeles, even making his way to some of San Francisco’s most trend-setting restaurants.  Carasco’s skill set lies behind the knives, having long since set his focus on French technique butchery. “Whenever we can, we include sustainable butchery into our menus.
