REGINA, Saskatchewan - Sept. 8, 2015 - PRLog -- Imperial Properties announced today that experienced property manager Joselyn McEwen will join the management team at its Regina location. She joins Imperial Properties after spending eight years as a property manager with Colliers International.

As the firm’s newest team member in Regina, McEwen brings over 15 years of residential property management experience to Imperial Properties. Her impressive career includes extensive work with both condominium and multi-family residential communities. An industry veteran, McEwen is exceptionally skilled in overseeing every step of the property management process and providing unparalleled customer service to clients. Her knowledge of the Regina market will play an integral role in expanding the company’s presence within the city, including the much-anticipated upcoming launch of one of Regina’s largest new multi-family rental communities.

Meanwhile, Loida Socorro will join the Imperial Properties team in Winnipeg as the office’s newest property accountant. Over the course of 23 years of service with Maxicare Healthcare Corporation, Socorro accumulated vast accounting experience, including knowledge of treasury management, staff supervision, bookkeeping and billing. At Imperial Properties, she will manage financial statements for the firm’s extensive client base.
