Founder and Designer, Melissa Wang, who credits her daughters Eden and Zoe as her inspiration, used their love for the art of origami folding as the design focus for the new collection. “Eden and Zoe love folding origami and would spend the whole day folding if they could!” states Melissa, “I’ve spent many hours folding with them and together, we’ve managed to create a whole menagerie of animals, a collections of gems, and even fireworks.” The endless origami possibilities created from a simple piece of paper inspired Melissa to explore colors, symmetry and patterns for this fall/winter collection. Her designs include a striking geometric intarsia pattern and color blocking with fleck yarns. In addition, she has introduced yellow and purple shades to the classic eden & zoe palette of grey, pink, white and blue.

The company is also excited to introduce their first baby and toddler collection. The arrival of Melissa’s third daughter, Elise, at the end of 2014 had given her the perfect excuse to expand our children’s line. She created these 100% cashmere pieces with her sweet little one in mind. “I am thrilled to see her looking so happy and comfortable in them. It is never too early for luxury!” adds Melissa.
