AMMAN, Jordan - Sept. 8, 2015 - PRLog -- Amman, Jordan (September 2015): Made in Jordan festival concluded its activities on Saturday night September 5, 2015. The festival was held under The Patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein and organized by the Amman and Jordan Chambers of Commerce and Amman and Jordan Chambers of Industry, and in cooperation with various governmental and private sectors.

Drawing its final curtains, the festival met the visitors’ expectations, including H.E. Maha Al Ali, Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply who inaugurated the festival’s activities and praised the elevated level of organization and participation. Over nine days, the festival witnessed a tremendous interaction from the kingdom’s different governorates within the distinctive commercial, cultural, social and entertainment activities; which  attracted an average of 5,000 visitors a day, bringing the total number of visitors to approximately 50,000 guests.

The festival also earned the admiration of the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities H.E Nayef Al Fayez, who visited the festival and took a tour in its different facilities. He expressed his pleasure and pride of the advanced level of Jordanian industries by saying: “It is very pleasing to see this huge crowd gathered in the festival tosupport our Jordanian heritage and values andinteract with warmth and friendliness to serve our beloved country."

Unique and distinctive Jordanian Industries participated in the festival, where many participants displayed their products and services in the “Made in Jordan” expo, other participants from the kingdom’s governorates displayed their goods in the “Governorates Village”, where visitors were intrigued to know the distinctive aspects of each governorate. Moving to the “Art Street”, which was adorned with paintings and portraits for different Jordanian artists, which made it one of the most favored places for art lovers. Many activities and games were planned for the Kids in the “Kids Area” in addition to the interesting storytelling in the “Book Fair”; which brought a brilliant cultural atmosphere and activities for adults and children.

On the “Jordan Stage”, music lovers had the pleasure to live the excitement and interact with the finest Jordanian artists in celebrating the festival’s nights, rightfully earning its title “The Pulse of the Festival”.

The "Main Street", which is called "The Heart of the Festival”; was full of musical activities and marching bands. The Visitors continued their walks to the “Food Court” where they tried appetizing Jordanian food.

Participants and visitors expressed their happiness in having such a festival that contained 12 governorates in the heart of the capital Amman, stressing on the importance of its yearly continuation and sustainability.
