The VillageFest will open on Saturday September 12th 2015 at 11:00am until 10:00pm and runs Sunday September 13th from noon until 5:00pm. Artist Larry Irbydescribed the series in the following statement:“My work is based off of the curvature and flow of old car lines of the past. It’s not so much about wearing the pieces it’s more about the style, detail and flow that makes it art. My wearable art is for those who are looking for a unique one of a kind wearable art piece. ” Larry Irby,is a lifelong Michigan native with an extensive background in custom car fabrication and design. Today Larry embarks on a new adventure with his move into hand crafted “wearable art” and sculpture with the same spirit, excitement and enthusiasm he has for fine automobiles. He has created a new line of Hand Made Wearable Art that includes bracelets and rings made of hand formed stainless steel, all hand polished and featuring unique stones and gems.
