Follow on Google News | Council on Aging to Host A Night Under the Stars, Senior Prom Oct 2ndBy: Council on Aging (COA) The ‘prom’ dinner dance will be held from 6-9 p.m. at the Ocean Center, located at 101 N. Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach. The cost $20 per person and includes free valet parking. Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door this year. They can be purchased at the Council on Aging office at 160 N. Beach Street, in Daytona Beach, or online at www.coavolusia.org. Guests can enter from parking lot Bay and Palmetto. For more information, call (386) 253-4700, extension 211. “We had an amazing turn out last year and the tickets are already selling at a brisk pace this year,” said CEO Sarah Gurtis. “Our seniors enjoy getting dressed up and dancing the night away - it’s one of our favorite events of the year,” she added Attendees are encouraged to wear their best evening attire. A king and queen of the prom will be crowned at the end of the evening.
