Improvement Warrior Fitness to hold a special charity workout!

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Sept. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- You can expect an awesome, empowering Interval training and RBT (Resistance Band Training) workout. And there might be a surprise thrown in there as well :)

The workout is for all ages and levels. There will be a base exercise and then easier and harder versions of the base exercise depending on your current level of strength & fitness. Two of Improvement Warrior Fitness' expert coaches will be there guiding you through this fun, fat loss workout.

Date:   Saturday, September 12, 2015
Time:  1:00 pm (Buckeyes don’t play until 3:30 pm)
Place:  Holy Family Parish, 588 W. Gay St, Columbus, OH 43215
Cost:    Minimum $15 donation. 100% of proceeds going to Holy Family Parish. (You can donate more if you wish!)

What to bring:
Donation, mat, water, towel if needed.
