Awesome Institute to Offer Two New Workshops for Entrepreneurs in September

SAN FRANCISCO - Sept. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Awesome Institute, the CEO coaches dedicated to helping entrepreneurs live satisfying lives while also running great businesses, will be hosting two workshops in September, “Getting Focused for Entrepreneurs” and “Right People, Right Seats for Entrepreneurs”. Each workshop is taught live, on-line and delivers powerful concepts in very interactive sessions. Each workshop also includes free, optional office hours where students can interact directly with instructors one-on-one.

“All of our workshops were developed around challenges we discovered in our own lives and companies, and in working with thousands of entrepreneurs over the past 15 years. This ensures that each workshop directly impacts real pains felt by real entrepreneurs,” said Andrea Garfield, co-founder of Awesome Institute.

Awesome Institute workshops are small and are limited to only 20 participants in order to allow for questions, answers, and discussion. Each workshop presents short and effective concepts as well as tools that entrepreneurs can use to explore these concepts in their business and personal life.

“Getting Focused for Entrepreneurs” is a six-week workshop beginning on September 29, 2015, meeting virtually each Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. PDT. “Getting Focused” sharpens entrepreneurs’ ability to execute, and strengthens their credibility and their bottom line: both profits and happiness. This workshop will help entrepreneurs eliminate distractions, improve concentration, and do the right things at the right time. “Getting Focused” will identify ways to build focus, organize, and prioritize, and continue these productive habits following the workshop.

Employees can feel like a blessing and a curse in running a business.  In the “Right People, Right Seats” workshop, entrepreneurs will learn how to build an Awesome team and align an Awesome culture that performs at the highest level.  This workshop will meet online each Wednesday and will consist of six weeks worth of 60-minute interactive workshops. “Right People, Right Seats for Entrepreneurs” will be offered starting on September 30, 2015.
