SAVANNAH, Ga. - Sept. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- (SAVANNAH, GA) The most recent enmarket Encourage Health Education program included a $2,000 check presentation to The Effingham County Navigator Team, a not-for-profit support group and recreational program for children with special needs and different abilities. In addition to receiving the Health Education grant, the Effingham non-profit also raised an additional $100 during the recent enmarket Dollar Day, receiving $1 for every car wash, $1 at their charity table and $1 donations from enmarket customers.

The lecture, third in this year’s education series, featured Chris Ramsey from Fleet Feet Savannah. He shared his top tips for running a 5K and encouraged attendees to give running a try.

“This annual series really is a win-win for all parties involved,” said enmarket Director of Marketing Matt Clements. “Chris Ramsey shared some very specific and tangible tips for running a 5K and at the same time, we were able to support an amazing non-profit organization that encourages healthy activities such as basketball and baseball for children with unique abilities. I would like to especially thank the businesses who partnered with enmarket to make this donation and presentation possible.”
