TVS Classic Sports Network Selects VEOH for IPTV Platform to Begin in September

CANTIL, Calif. - Sept. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- TVS, The All American Network, has selected VEOH as it's TVS Classic Sports Network service IPTV platform. TVS Classic Sports Network will be launched in September utilizing the TVS Classic Sports Library as it's source of classic sports programs. TVS has been producing and distributing sports programming for television for 55 years.

TVS Classic Sports Programming Network on VEOH will feature classic TVS college basketball games, including NCAA basketball tournament games, the iconic 1968 Houston-UCLA game from the Astrodome (Alcindor vs. Hayes), the ground breaking 1973 USA vs. China basketball game from Bejing in 1973, and the college coverage of such superstars as Lew Alcindor, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, James Worthy, Magic Johnson, and other stars of the era.

TVS Classic Sports Network will also feature TVS exclusive coverage of the World Football League, Major College Football Bowl Games, IWA Wrestling, PGA and LPGA Golf, PBA and LPBT Bowling, Championship Boxing, Track and Field, AIAW Championships, NASL Soccer, Championship Auto Racing, and many more TVS Sports from the past half century.

In addition, the TVS Classic Sports Library will showcase sports programming from many now defunct sports TV compaies of the era, which are now owned by TVS. Pro Rodeo, Stock Car Classics, Arena Football, and Major Indoor Soccer add to the other sports that TVS covered.

TVS Television Network is the fourth oldest commercial broadcast TV network in the USA. Founded in 1960, TVS was the worldwide leader in TV sports from 1960-1985. In 1990, TVS was acquired by Tom Ficara, who is currently celebrating his 25th year as the CEO of TVS. TVS is located in Cantil, CA - half way between Las Vegas and Hollywood, where the company is developing an 80 acre audio an video production center.
