Carol Sankar will be on WBTV on Bounce TV discussing The Confidence Factor for Women

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Sept. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- International business expert and best selling author, Carol Sankar, will be a guest on WBTV on Bounce TV on September 17, 2015 to discuss her new book, The Confidence Factor for Women in Business.

The book chronicles 100 women for 4 years in business to learn the primary factors why women were lagging behind in key leadership roles in business. Sankar documents the 12 primary factors of her findings in the first installment of the book, which is the first in a series of 5.

"The Confidence Factor for Women is a personal and professional mission for me. Although the movement to encourage women to show up is at the forefront, after women Lean In, they need to add value at the table consistently. That is the mission of the Confidence Factor," says Carol.
