PlanSimple Meals | Family Eating Made Healthy & Gluten-free

BOSTON - Sept. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- PlanSimple Meals is a “textbook” for health seeking parents — part cookbook, part planner, and part parenting handbook.  It was created with a focus on a mom who has a child who has celiac, food allergies or food sensitivities, so she can access wellness through food for her whole family.

As a graphic designer and entrepreneur, Mia was drawn to self-publishing and crowd funding to turn her manuscript into a reality. She is offering backers the book and one-of-a-kind gifts designed to augment the book’s focus: meal plans, informational fridge art, online classes, and intimate gatherings. Kickstarter campaigns operate under an “all-or-nothing” funding model so the PlanSimple Meals book project needs to meet its goal by September 19.
