As part of the new services, ClosetMaid now provides Professional Services Representatives (PSRs) who are available as a first point of contact. For builders with upgrade programs already developed through Professional Services, their homebuyers can be directed to a ClosetMaid Concierge for the upgrade selection process. The Concierge representatives act as expert sales consultants working one-on-one with the homebuyer to provide everything from budget assessment to finish options.
