Eagle Commercial Realty Services Announces Sale of Self Storage in Tucson

PHOENIX - Aug. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- -Eagle Commercial Realty Services, AMO is pleased to announce the sale of Palo Verde Self Storage in Tucson, Arizona. The self-storage facility sold August 14, 2015 for $1,490,000 to an out of state investor. The property, located at 3970 S Palo Verde Road, consists of a total of 530 drive up self storage units, totaling 61,585 rentable SF on 3.01 acres. The sale of this property included several unusual hurdles and events that called on the listing team’s depth of experience to overcome.  In the end, Buyer and Seller were both very pleased with the results and are looking forward to new projects.
