AllCare Lakewood Ranch Medical Plaza Celebrates Grand Opening

SARASOTA, Fla. - Aug. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Designed and built by Satterfield & Pontikes Construction (S&P) of Sarasota, The AllCare Medical Plaza held its Grand Opening Ceremony on July 31, 2015 at 5860 Ranch Lake Boulevard. ManateeCounty Commissioner Vanessa Baugh and State Representative Greg Stuebe were among the hundreds that attended the ribbon cutting and open house. The construction project was completed ahead of schedule and well within the established budget.

Craig Campbell, Director of Operations for S&P, emceed the event and spoke of the tremendous growth AllCare Medical has experienced over the past two-and-a-half years, which was the catalyst for the new medical office building. “From the fall of 2012 until today, AllCare Medical has grown from a new practice with a few patients to providing medical care and services to over 8,000 patients…quite remarkable,” said Campbell during the ceremony.

With a cost of just over $3 million, the new Class A two-story building occupies 1.5 acres and features administrative and doctors’ consultation offices, mental health offices, exam rooms, nursing stations, procedure rooms, a conference room, a physical therapy clinic space, and urgent care-specific waiting area and clinician office. There are numerous high-end finishes throughout the new building, including custom cabinetry, granite and marble. A radiused curtain wall system of blue glass accentuates the front of the building and is complemented by exterior porcelain wall tile; the blue window glass and a custom porte cochère make it the most unique building in the River Club Plaza.
