Bank Holiday Boost for Harrogate Housebuyers

So, in recognition of this, award winning housebuilder Miller Homes is offering housebuyers across the region a special offer over the forthcoming bank holiday weekend (29^th, 30^th and 31^st August)  – the housebuilder will pay stamp duty on all qualifying properties at all of its developments in the area.

The offer applies to available properties across the county priced over £125,000, the current stamp duty threshold set by the Government. However, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other Miller Homes offer or deal.

Properties currently available include four and five bedroom homes at its developments at Quercus Green and Harlow One in the spa town of Harrogate. Prices start from £365,000 which would necessitate a payment of £8,250 stamp duty on this particular price.
