Author Sheila Kay Interviewed About Her Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Diagnosis

Aug. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Sheila Kay, author of the tell all memoir, PTSD and the Undefeated Me, will be interviewed live on MONDAY, AUGUST 31, 2015 at 4:30pm eastern time on the Anxiety Podcast Talk Radio Show. Host and Anxiety Coach Tim JP Collins will speak with Ms. Kay about her book, including the shocking trauma which led to her diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

The discussion will include Ms. Kay's personal recollections of her behaviors, thoughts and feelings, as well as why she did not seek treatment until months after the tragedy. Mr. Collins will provide listeners with an up close and personal look at the author's life as written in her personal memoirs.
