TYRONE, Pa. - Aug. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Most people show up to work in order to earn enough money to purchase a new car.

Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone will put a new twist on that approach for employees at their senior living and memory care community.  Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone’s C.A.R. (Continued Attendance Rewards) Program will offer monthly incentives for perfect attendance and culminate in the grand prize of a new car for one lucky employee.

“This is a reward program for all hourly, non-management team members for perfect attendance each payroll period,” said Eric Walker, Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for IntegraCare, which operates Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone. “Prizes will be awarded monthly with the annual grand prize following the last pay date of the year.”

The 2015 Ford Focus will be displayed at Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, August 28. IntegraCare team members will catch a glimpse of the grand prize.

Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone is a part of IntegraCare, which operates 12 Senior Living Communities from their home office in Pittsburgh.  IntegraCare’s employment philosophy follows the principle that its senior living communities are a “great place to work” and therefore a “great place to live.” The attendance contest is another example of the company’s commitment to its team.

“We respect our employees and consider each one a key member of our team,” said Richard Irwin, co-founder and CEO of IntegraCare.

“In turn, they improve the quality of life for residents and their families,” Irwin said. “We ask our residents and their family members to encourage our team and help make our communities better places to work, which in turn makes it a better place to live. What better way for us to set an example than to provide an incentive contest in which our team members have a chance to win a new car?”

IntegraCare team members certainly have noticed through the first months of the contest.

“The C.A.R. Program has created a buzz,” said Loriann Putzier, co-founder and President of IntegraCare. “Our dedicated team members always have set a high standard, especially when it comes to showing up to work for our senior residents. This contest has added a whole different level of excitement to the daily routine.”

“The contest has really generated a buzz and a lot of enthusiasm,” said Lisa Cowan, Executive Director at Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone. “Our team members always have been dedicated and committed to our residents. This contest simply provides another example of why Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone is a great place to work and a great place to live. There is an even greater sense in pride associated with a simple act of showing up to work.”

A prize of a $100 gift card will be awarded to the monthly raffle winner at each community. That raffle ticket also will go back into the drawing for future prizes.

Following the last pay date of 2015, three annual prizes will be awarded, including the grand prize of a new automobile at each community.
