Slingshot Solution Rollout to Laundry Industry

PASIG CITY, Philippines - Aug. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Suds Laundry and Dry Cleaning founder and franchise manager Caloy Ang announced that the laundry franchise's 30 stores across the Philippines are set to roll out Slingshot enterprise-wide program that is intended to bring unprecedented efficiency to laundry industry. According to Ang, the system will greatly help the company and its franchisees manage their businesses by linking Suds, the franchisees, and their customers together.

The system integrates data from daily transactions to give the franchisee an updated inventory status via cloud-based administration. The enterprise information dashboard will also give the franchisee an overview of how the business is performing.

The same system allows customer feedback, tracks client dealings and reward customer loyalty with free services or discounts.

Ang discloses that with the help of Allan Tan, CEO of Ideyatech and co-founder of the new system, Slingshot will also become available to other entrepreneurs in other industries and services. "We will be creating programs for restaurants, food carts and other segments that will prove to be cost-effective because it can be accessed through a tablet. We're changing the game so that people can manage their businesses more efficiently and quickly," says Ang.

Tan and Ang see a demand for affordable custom-built enterprise-wide system for SMEs - mainly in the service industry and retail trade, and that led to building Slingshot with mobile point-of-sales (POS), mobile ordering, cloud-based operations, and custom CRM.

Mr. Ang is optimistic that by the end of the year, their customer base will increase from 80,000 to 120,000 with the help of Slingshot.
