JetComfy Delivers Long-Awaited Improvement to Travel Pillows

SAN DIEGO - Aug. 25, 2015 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO, CA.  August 31, 2015 –  JetComfy, a business partnership between inventors Dave Brecht and Ephi Zlotnitsky, announced a Kickstarter campaign to solicit investment in order to scale production of the company’s first two modern, multi-functional travel pillows, the JetComfy and the JetComfy Plus.

Durably constructed, both pillows feature a patented high-tech, compact design, a two-inch thick memory foam pillow, washable pillow cover, and a slot for a pen or stylus.  Both pillows can be quickly adjusted to the passenger’s height and angle preferences for maximum comfort and convenience. In addition, the Plus edition offers an additional pillow cover as well as two USB phone chargers seamlessly built-in to the pillow’s frame, for the traveler who needs to be able to recharge a mobile phone or device on the go.

“The idea for JetComfy comes from an extended discussion with another couple on my wife’s and my honeymoon in 2013,” Dave Brecht said.  “We noted how inexplicably tired we all felt after the flight, and blamed it on prolonged discomfort over the 8-hour trip.  When we got home, I studied every so-called ‘comfort pillow’ on the market, and what they’re all missing is the ability to actually support one’s head.  Our goal was to mimic a natural resting pose while taking weight off the spine and neck.  We have delivered on that goal with JetComfy.”

JetComfy is a huge improvement upon the traditional, one-size fits all U-shaped neck pillow. Not only is it more comfortable and customizable, JetComfy is also smaller and the convenient shape easier to pack into your carry-on luggage.

Over the last 18 months, JetComfy travel pillows have undergone extensive travel testing, and have travelled over 1 million miles via plane, bus and train.  They are designed to be as non-intrusive as possible, with easy set-up, disassembly and storage, and the pillow does not interfere with anybody next to it.  JetComfy pillows also won’t hold up the airport security line, as they are completely TSA-friendly, packable in a backpack or handbag for your trip.
