DCG to Present at the International Conference on Software Quality and Test Management

MALVERN, Pa. - Aug. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- David Consulting Group (http://www.davidconsultinggroup.com), a global provider of software analytics, software quality management and Agile development solutions, will present two sessions at the International Conference on Software Quality and Test Management (SQTM).

SQTM focuses on advancing the test management and quality management professions by providing practical methods based on best practices. The conference is dedicated to helping all levels of management increase productivity and produce higher quality systems.

DCG's Tom Cagley, Vice President of Consulting, will present as part of the “Test Process” and the “Quality Management” tracks of the conference.

Mr. Cagley’s first presentation, "Identifying Software Quality Best Practices," will take place at 9:00am PST on September 16^th. Attendees will learn how to assess their current development processes to gain insight into how to leverage their specific best practices.

He will then present “The Impact of Cognitive Biases on Test and Project Teams” on September 16^th at 2:00pm PST. In this presentation, Mr. Cagley will discuss strategies for how teams can work with and around their biases. Attendees will also learn how a better understanding of psychology can make an Agile team more efficient and effective.

The conference will take place in San Diego, Ca, September 13-18^th, at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina.
