Preferred Management Services Adds Two New Associations

PALM COAST, Fla. - Aug. 25, 2015 - PRLog -- Flagler Beach, FL– Preferred Management Services is proud to announce that they have added two new associations to their portfolio.  Cherokee Trails II and Avalon at Lehigh Woods are the latest associations added.  Cherokee Trails II is a small townhome community located in Ormond Beach.  This community consists of 28 townhomes nestled within The Trails Master Association.  Avalon at Lehigh Woods is a KB Homes community located in the heart of the "R" section in Palm Coast.

Lea Stokes opened with 246 units in St. Augustine Beach, and currently includes over 4000 residential units and thirteen commercial parks. Preferred Management Services provides community association and commercial management services. The maintenance division provides absentee owner home monitoring, professional maintenance for all types of minor repairs, commercial and residential pool maintenance and janitorial services. Preferred Management Services has 19 employees, including eight licensed community association managers and four full-time maintenance personnel.
