“As administrators with decades of experience in special education, Joyce and I lived the challenges that presented themselves during an IEP meeting,” said Doug Little, co-creator and founder of Key2Ed.  “We started developing tools and strategies to help ensure everyone was more successful during this important meeting.  These tools and techniques proved to be very successful, and with that success, we developed The Facilitated IEP Training Program.”  Joyce Little, co-creator and founder of Key2Ed, added, “This became a way for us to share these successful strategies with others. It is our goal to assist district personnel and families to build positive relationships, and focus the IEP content and process on the student. We are excited to work with AbleNet on the online version so, together; we can reach more districts to promote successful collaboration and effective relationships for the betterment of students.”

“I was fortunate to have participated first-hand with the onsite workshop offered by Key2Ed several years ago,” said Jennifer Thalhuber, CEO of AbleNet. “By witnessing the value the course provided special education teams, I felt it was something AbleNet could bring forward to continue to offer services that supports our customers.
