V360Property teams up with SRX to introduce 360 Degree Virtual Tours to the market in a big way

SINGAPORE - Aug. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- The property landscape is changing for the betterment of consumers, or so the founders of V360Property hopes. The 3 man team comprising of Dave, Richard and Winson recently came together with one of the bigger players in Singapore's property portal scene, SRX (Singapore Real Estate Exchange) to introduce 360 degree virtual tours to the market.

Although this technology is not new, this is the first time virtual tours are ranked higher than other forms of traditional media such as photos and youtube videos on property portals. In this sense, consumers do not need to go throught the hassle of conducting a house inspection until the consumer himself is already sold on the property even before he has made the actual visit. Prequalified consumers mean less time wasted conducting viewings which do not progress to the negotiation stage, translating into time savings for the buyer as well as the seller who doesn't need to make special arrangements to stay home. For the agent, quality time is spent to attend to only genuine buyers. If you haven't realised it by now, that is 3 times the time savings!
