Lincoln County NC Food Pantry Almost Depleted - Daystar FWC to Help

LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Aug. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- In July 2014, Christian Ministry of Lincoln County has given out 637 boxes of food and 57 bags of food went to the homeless. That's alot of families and individuals that Christian Ministry has served in one month.

Christian Ministry offers many services to those in need but the Food Pantry is the most in need right now. The current wish list for the Christian Ministry of Lincoln County food pantry is:

Canned Beans

Canned Green Beans

Dry Beans

Canned Meat

Cooking Oil

Starting August 10 - August 30, Daystar will be collecting these items for delivery on August 31 to Christian Ministry of Lincoln County Food Pantry.

Due to the fact that the Second Harvest Food Bank not having much to give at this time and other churches, nonprofits and businesses donations being down, Christian Ministry in unable to stock up on these items.

You can donate the items in need directly to Christian Ministry of Lincoln County by visiting them at 207 Popular St Lincolnton NC, or bringing those items to Daystar Family Worship Center by August 30.
