Wingate at Silver Lake Awarded Deficiency-Free Survey in Annual CMS Survey

Surveys are unannounced and are conducted by health care professionals such as registered nurses and licensed social workers. A deficiency-free survey reflects substantial compliance with all federal regulations enacted by the government to ensure the highest level of resident wellbeing.
