SLEEK allows the flexibility of being an independent artist with the same perks of a major label minus all of the restrictions. She recently performed as a solo artist at the 2015 Long Beach Gospel Fest that featured gospel artists Tina Campbell of Mary Mary, Deitrick Haddon, Tasha Cobb, and many others. Maxx has more than 140 songs on SoundCloud, as he has released a mixtape once a month since January 2015 gaining a following outside of the Bay area.
