FREMONT, Calif. - Aug. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- MentorHealth announces webinar on the topic, “Detect, Prevent and Control Healthcare Data Breaches” on September 23. This webinar will offer learning on how those in the healthcare sector can devise ways to handle data breaches.

Fremont, CA: MentorHealth, a provider of professional trainings for all aspects of the healthcare industry, will organize a webinar on September 23. The topic of this webinar is “Detect, Prevent and Control Healthcare Data Breaches”, and the speaker is Alan J. Roth CISA, a digital forensics expert.

About the webinar:

The risks, size and frequency of data breaches containing Protected Health Information (PHI) are increasing proportionately to the level of digital activities of employees working in the healthcare sector. As more physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals adopt Electronic Health Records (EHR), share digital medical records, implement cloud computing, and engage in social media, they have brought with them the possibility of data breaches.
