Go4Customer to Establish a New Facility in NSEZ

In order to enhance its support provision, Go4Customer recently announced that it was going to set up a new facility in the Noida Special Economic Zone.
 
NOIDA, India - Aug. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- In a recent announcement, the Business Process Outsourcing unit of Cyber Futiristics, Go4Customer, conveyed that it is going to establish a software facility in the Noida Special Economic Zone. With two other centers in Jaipur and Gurgaon, the organization is looking to expand its reach and provide better and more efficient services to the customers.

Technology has been an empirical component of the industrial sector, having benefitted call centers in India in achieving professional targets. Keeping this in mind, Chief Executive Officer of Cyber Futuristics Mr. Anuj Bairathi said that the newly opened facility will also have a software wing for operations and tasks relating to IT.

The new facility is expected to have almost 300 workstations.

Go4Customer Chief Operations Officer Sandeep Sharma said that the call center industry, having matured from its infancy several years ago, has seen a rapid growth lately.

“With new clients and more business coming in, we needed to expand. The new facility comes at a time when the [call center] industry is undergoing a transformation – from what people said was a ‘sidewalk vocation’ into a mainstream business,” he said.

The BPO facility in Gurgaon services customers in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. First set up in March 2007 – when several organizations were seeking establishing their call centers in India – the facility offers services like technical support, help desk and back office transaction processing.

The financing that the Jaipur facility of Go4Customer was successful in acquiring from Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) and Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) – both which now have a nearly 4 percent equity stake in Cyber Futuristics – was channeled into the construction of a new facility at the IT Park of Sitapur Industrial Area, Jaipur, Mr. Bairathi announced.
