NAPLES, Fla. - Aug. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- The local CarMax Auto Superstore has donated back-to-school supplies to the early learning programs operated by Collier Child Care Resources (CCCR).  The school supplies were collected and distributed by the employees of the local CarMax store.

Niccole Howard, Executive Director of CCCR said, “CarMax employees have given very generously of their time and resources for this up-coming school year to support the children in our organization with school supplies.  We are appreciative of their efforts to help because we are always in need of replacements.”

The three early learning programs operated by CCCR include the NCEF Early Childhood Development Center, located at Florida SouthWestern State College – Collier Campus, which serves up to 109 children of working parents; A Step Up Child Development Center at Immokalee and Golden Gate High Schools, which provide early learning for the children of teen parents who wish to complete their high school educations. A combined total of nearly 100 children are enrolled in these two programs for teen parents.

Bill Mahoney, General Manager of the Naples CarMax Auto Superstore said, “CarMax  believes in giving back to the community.   The employees’ personal volunteer efforts are meaningful activities that make a difference.  We were very happy to have this opportunity to give to CCCR’s programs.”
